We Dig… Wollaton Park 2019 will carry out the first archaeological investigation of the Park in 10 years, searching for evidence of buildings and garden features depicted on 17th century paintings of the Hall and developing a new understanding of how the park might have looked in the post medieval period.

We dig the castle set to return

We are excited to announce that We Dig the Castle will be returning for summer 2018 in an exciting new format. Trainees will have the opportunity to work on new parts of the Castle site, and develop a diverse range of skills in areas including survey and geophysics. Trent & Peak Archaeology's exciting expansion

2017 saw sustained growth and consolidation, and through our trainee scheme we have supported a number of new graduates to develop industry-quality field skills. We're looking forward to this new phase of Trent & Peak's continuing development, offering the efficient and streamlined services required by the modern developer.
